强先生毕业于上海同济大学材料科学与工程专业。他持有中国房地产经纪人资质,中英文流利。
Mr. Qiang has 10 years of experience in real estate economics analysis and marketing consultant working with both international advisory firm and local developer. He was the Marketing Director of Jiexing Investment Group, and before that worked in management and marketing department at CIFI Group (HK00884) and DTZ in Shanghai. Benefit from the diversified professional background and client service experiences, Max has been committed to provide effective marketing solutions and consulting service with multiple perspectives, including feasibility study, financial assessment, market positioning and development programming, and market strategy analysis.
Mr. Qiang graduated from Tongji University with a BE degree in Material Science and Engineering. He holds a Chinese Real Estate Agent License. He is a native speaker of Chinese and proficient in English who has been living in Shanghai and San Francisco.
