Ms. Chiranakhon conducts research and analysis for a variety of economic and real estate development projects across the U.S. and Asia including market studies, development programming, feasibility analysis, fiscal assessment and economic impact assessments. Ms. Chiranakhon was with Economics Research Associates (ERA) and then AECOM Economics from 2008 through 2011. She also has an in-depth understanding of physical planning. Prior to joining ERA, Ms. Chiranakhon worked as an Urban Planner/Designer in San Francisco and Hong Kong with HOK, and as a designer with various architecture firms.

Ms. Chiranakhon holds a Master’s in Urban Planning from Harvard University, where she concentrated in real estate and urban development.  She received a BA in Architecture from the University of California Berkeley. Ms. Chiranakhon is a certified planner, LEED accredited professional and a Young Leader of the Urban Land Institute. Having also lived and worked in Hong Kong and Bangkok, she is proficient in Mandarin and familiar with Thai and Cantonese. Some of her selected projects are highlighted below.
